The company in talk is an online furniture store selling traditional home furniture in the UK. The company had been running for a few years before getting in contact with us, they reached out looking to upscale their online presence and an effective way of marketing their brand and furniture. 

The Challenge

Our challenges of marketing this company was it being a relatively small company with a very small following also without scope on the furniture market. With them having almost no social media presence and no experience in marketing they needed a solution.

The Solution

We knew what we needed to do, we needed to comply with our team of experts in marketing that had the correct mindset to implement strategy in the marketing scheme. Planning and initiative was needed to successfully scale the sales in the business. We also needed a social media manager in place to scale up their social media presence fast!  

The Delivery

From that we grew the company's following which started generating a huge increase in sales. By implementing more strategies to grow the company’s following, for one instance we decided to introduce a raffle competition to win a beautiful traditional farmhouse table made by the company, offering out 2000 raffles. We were astonished by how quickly they were taken, and all the while having over 20,000 views on the competition it brought light to the business and helped it greatly, we generated more than (£750,000) in sales in the first year, due to such growth the company in a short period of time, they were able to open their own store in their local area. ​A Show provider company got in contact with us looking for opportunities to improve their current system and implement new strategies. We first began by communicating with the company about their areas of improvement and what exactly they needed from us, deciding to pilot a team to trial and see the results. We then put a team of 5 contractors together to generate sponsorships to attend shows and a further 5 to acquire delegates to attend these shows.

 

With KPIs put in place as a standard to be achieved by the contactors, after 2 months of the pilot trial the team was producing quality delegates and sourcing high profile sponsors! Not only hitting the standard KPIs but exceeding expectations, with 4 out of each team doing so all the while having synergy between clients to gain great benefits! The company then decided that they would hire another 20 contractors due to the increase in successful shows and future business, so we swiftly got to putting these contractors together creating a talent driven team.

 

Our contractors also have expertise of their own and by having a range of talent, We were able to uplift the companies website by the outsourcers implementing SEO tactics driving more traffic to the website, Adding marketing strategy simultaneously to improve the marketing profile to gain a more secure presence online. We have so much confidence in our outsourced teams just by knowing their past experience, improvements were made to their then system and processes updated implementing new software that opened up new possibilities for the company. We truly enjoyed this process seeing how effective our teams can be, knowing how hardworking and dedicated they are at the tasks in hand while helping a business to scale and produce quality shows for years to come.
